If you have a property to sell, we will be pleased to provide you with a marketing proposal without charge or obligation. Our fees are negotiable and we will always match or better any fee quoted by another agent (within reason).
Our fee for sole agency (where Hoopers are the only agent) will normally be less than if you have several agents. Our terms are ‘No Sale – No Fee’ and we will also arrange your Energy Performance Certificate, as required by legislation when you sell or let.
Having been established for over 40 years, we have a proven track record for selling properties throughout north west London and we don’t just sell second-hand homes either.
We have been associated with many new home developers over the years, from small local builders building a single property, to household names selling an entire development of flats.
We are familiar with the specialist services required in the sale of new homes, and we are always seeking new development opportunities and land on behalf of retained clients.
Being members of the National Association of Estate Agents, The Government Ombudsman Scheme and ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents), we are controlled by a strict code of conduct (details available on request) so you can relax in the knowledge that your property sale is being dealt with in a professional way by experts.
Although we are a traditional estate agent, we also strive to deploy, to good effect, new technologies and marketing opportunities to ensure your property is seen by the widest possible audience.
Our own website – www.hoopersestateagents.co.uk – is managed internally so our clients’ property details can be published within hours of receiving instructions to sell.
All our property particulars incorporate professional photographs of the interior and exterior of your property (where appropriate) as well as an EPC and floor plan which are placed with your property details on the internet together with your exclusive 3D video (as appropriate).
