We have dealt with many new developments over the years from a single new house to an entire block of flats, and we work with top class local developers, who are constantly seeking land and development opportunities. If you have a large garden or vacant land which can be built on with or without planning permission, we would like to hear from you and we are happy to pay fees for successful introductions.

INVESTMENT PROPERTY
If you are considering buying a property for investment either to let or develop, we are happy to provide pre-purchase advice in regard to what rent can be achieved, what you should expect as a yield and guidance in respect of refurbishment of an unmodernised property and its anticipated sale price once refurbished. We are happy to provide this information free, on the basis that you consider Hoopers for the resale or rental once you have acquired the property.

LETTINGS
Our lettings representatives don’t just place a tenant in a property in order to earn a fee, in our opinion this is a short sighted policy operated by some agents. In our view, the correct selection of tenants is of primary concern, and it is careful choice and referencing of tenants for your property that will do a long way to ensuring your property is maintained and with a greater chance that your tenant will renew year on year if required. Our fees are highly competitive and we offer a full management service if required.
